| Mashantucket Pequot Museum Celebrates the Fruit of Summer | ||||||||||||||||
On Friday, June 13, 2008, celebrate the strawberry harvest at the Mashantucket Pequot Museum and Research Center in Mashantucket, Connecticut, a five-minute shuttle bus ride from Foxwoods Casino.
The Strawberry Thanksgiving event runs from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. and features traditional Native music, dancing, games for children, a puppet show and other activities. Admission to the Strawberry Celebration is free with regular museum admission.
