As a connoisseur of Japanese cuisine for 20 years, and having eaten in Japanese restaurants from Tokyo to New York, I can highly commend the Peking Tokyo Restaurant in Mystic, Connecticut, located across from the Aquarium in the Mystic Factory Outlets I. Chef John Chen is a genuine pro in an increasingly crowded field, and his operation features both top-flight sushi and the full range of Udon and Danburi dishes, as well as a first-class Chinese menu. Highly recommended!
